Reviewed by Elisa 2013-03-20My husband and I had been referred to Dr. Chung and Dr. Tse through a very good friend. We are so happy to have received the recommendation as we were so pleased by the professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail that we received.
The clinic is absolutely beautiful inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and bright. Dr. Tse was so lovely to work with. She has a cheerful personality and is efficient in her work. There were other patients at the clinic with us, yet we never felt as though we had to wait long for any of our testing, glasses fittings, etc.
Dr. Tse was extremely helpful in educating us. We would highly recommend Chung And Tse Optometrists to anyone looking for this service! Great Service!

Reviewed by Shahnaz 2013-06-11Dr. Tse is absolutely awesome. In all the 23 years I have been in Canada and had my eyes tested, never came across an optometrist who was so knowledgeable and so non-assuming and charming too. She is absolutely terrific. Helpful staff and doctors!
Reviewed by Doreen 2013-07-04I had cataract surgery last Friday and on Saturday was concerned because I could see a black line at the right side of my eye. I went over to your office at Woodbine to see if someone could have a look at my eye, as I was concerned about it maybe being a detached retina, because I had a friend who had that happen right after cataract surgery.
The girl on the desk said that they were booked for the day but if I wanted to wait, someone would see me. I was seen by Dr. Lee who reassured me that everything was okay.
I just wanted to let you know how pleasant and kind the receptionist and Dr. Lee were. I felt much better when I left and so much appreciated their attention to my problem.
I wish all medical offices had staff like that!!

I have had 2 appointments with her so far, and she has consistently proven to be extremely knowledgeable during the eye examination and the answers to all my questions. She took the time to respond carefully to my questions, she reassured a fear I had about my eyes, and she allowed me to get a proper prescription for my contact lenses, so that I ordered 1 year supply of lenses.
I want to say that not only is she excellent as an eye doctor, but she also demonstrates excellent customer service skills. She is patient and kind, she keeps her smile even though it is tiring work (and I know how hard it can be, I have also worked in client services).
She truly demonstrates excellent professional and personal qualities which make her great at her job and above and beyond that too! Dr. Denny Fong
Reviewed by Kenneth 2015-11-27Dr. Fong is very patient and precise. He was able to detect a small tear in my retina (hardly noticeable) and ensured I received the proper follow up care. I highly recommend this doctor. no respect for appointments
Reviewed by Iman 2016-02-12I had appointment today and when I was taking the appointment, I told the girl that I need to know exactly how long it will take as will have to take time off from work, she specifically said tha tmy appointment is 45 minutes and that I should take one hour off work just in case. I did as she told me and waited 20 minutes without seeing the doctor. Had to leave without making the eye exam. total disrespect
