Dr. Jones graduated from high school in Frankfurt, Germany in 1986. She attended the University of Texas-Arlington from 1986-1991, where she majored in Biochemistry with a minor in German. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in 1996 and made the Dean’s list. Before graduation, she had the privilege to do an externship at the famous Bascom Palmer Eye Institute where she studied the management of vision rehabilitation in the geriatric population.

Dr. Jones has been in practice in the North Dallas area since August 1996. As an optometrist, she thrives on taking the time to listen to her patients' problems and recommending the best possible solution for each individual issue. She is also therapeutically licensed to provide treatment for eye infection and diseases.

Her special interests are swimming, biking, and running, and she competes in many triathlons and duathlons across the United States as well as having competed in the 2007 Hawaii Ironman Championship(KONA).

Eric is on our team of Opticians. He earned his bachelors degree from Dallas Baptist University. He has been American Board of Opticianry Certified since 1989 and has been dispensing eyewear for over 20 years. In addition to managing our dispensary, he operates our "in house" optical lab, where he cuts and mounts lenses. His thorough understanding of optics and ability to think outside the box makes him the perfect person to solve your individual visual needs. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kiddos.

Denise is our Billing Specialist and soon to be Social Media Coordinator. She has been in the field for 5 years. She also specializes in contact lens sales and is working on familiarizing herself with glasses sales so as to be a well rounded member of our team. She would be more than happy to work with you in any way she can to help you understand your insurance benefits so as to maximize them and make your experience with us memorable.

Pamala is on our team of Opticians. Her ability to converse has kept her in the field for 14 years. She has an Associates of Science from St. Phillips College in San Antonio, TX. She is a recent graduate of the Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Program from Collin County Community College in Frisco, TX. She is a phenomenal frame stylist and makes the glasses selection process fun and exciting.

Karen is an Optometric Technician and Patient Coordinator. She has worked for Dr. Jones for 9 years. Karen recently graduated with a BFA from the University of North Texas. She keeps our office organized and aesthetically pleasing while providing superior customer service.
