They sure are willing to see you when you schedule an apt months in advance BUT if you call them to ask for help getting your eye checked because you feel like there is something in it they will tell you to go to emergency ! Happy to know they are so concerned for their patients !

Tried for 2 days to get live person. System only allows email contact. No one has responded yet. Broke the arm to my glasses and need repair/replacement but very frustrated.

Dr. Blackstein is amazing. However the rest of experience is awful. Long wait times for orders. No guarantee for their merchandise. Awful. Stay away.
Receptionist Very Poor SERVICE!!!!

The receptionist at this office was rude!!! After telling her the symptoms i.e. had flu in 2019! The person was experiencing pain in right eye and was red! She told us to get a COVID Test before we even get into the office and the doctor told us to use a cold compress and when we told the new doctor and pharamist they stated that it would be the worst thing to do!!!!
Is the receptionist a DOCTOR OR NURSE!!!!!!
